Spent my Christmas at this hotel and the filter coffee was absolutely amazing, just what I needed on a cold morning. The gardens were stunning and added a serene ambiance to the location. The bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep well. the trout served was splendid, definitely worth trying if you are into fish. The location of the hotel was great, providing easy access to local attractions like hiking trails and fishing spots.

The breakfast could have used a bit more variety, as it got a bit repetitive. The wine menu was not up to my standard and definitely needs some improvement.
